Age Groups
League age is determined as of the cut-off date, which is September 1 of the year in which the season begins, meaning that your child’s age on September 1st determines which bracket they should be placed in. For example, a child with a birth date of September 3rd, 2003 would have a league age of 13 (his/her age on September 1st, 2017). A child with a birth date of August 20th, 2003 would have a league age of 14.

Signing Up to be a Volunteer Flag Coach
Coaching in our youth league programs can be a fun and rewarding experience. The commitment is limited to a few hours each week. Most coaches decide only to practice on game day (1) hour before the game.

Based in Manor, Texas, SAT Sports in conjunction with NFL and USA Football is a flag football league for kids in ages 5-14, with the emphasis on community FUN!!!!! Each player will receive a team jersey, flags and a mouth piece. All players will receive a participation trophy from the league at the end of the season.
Game Day: All league play takes place on Saturdays.
Number of Games: 8 regular season games(2 games per week). All teams will play in the playoffs.
Game Duration: Games will last one hour. Games are played throughout each Saturday.
Team Roster Size: The typical team size is 8 to 10 players.
